Meet Thelma! She’s quite the little goofball and loves to “talk” during playtime, which makes her extra entertaining. She’s a funny, friendly puppy who enjoys playing with her sister as well as her foster mom’s pit mix dogs. She’s also met a kitty face-to-face, she was curious and interested, but no signs of aggression.
