Spud is vivacious, always playful, always curious. He’s just a pup so we’re working on consistent potty training and getting him comfortable in the kennel. He seems to know sit and we will start working on other tricks soon. He will get the hang of it in no time. He loves bouncy balls, stuffed animals he can shake, and rope toys he can chase around in circles. He likes to follow the resident dogs lead when exploring the yard. Stay tuned for more updates!

Update on Spud!

Spud is eager to learn and already knows sit, lay down, kennel (when food is involved), he’s also learning touch, find it, place. He’s going potty consistently outside and he loves to play with every kind of toy. His favorite game is tug of war with the resident dog. They’ve added it to their nightly routine.

Spud knows how to relax and will take a nap on your lap if allowed. He’s been kenneling at night with very minimal whining (2 mins or less). He’s dog friendly and also enjoyed playing with a 10 year old child recently. Spuds got a “thumper spot” on his chest when you scratch or pet him in just the right way, his leg goes crazy. If you are looking for a handsome, smart, cuddly, loyal dog, Spud is your guy!
