Scooter is a sweet young pup who came from a puppy mill and is still learning the ropes. He absolutely wants love and attention (you can see it in his constant wiggles and hopeful little looks) but he’s still figuring out how to fully accept affection and trust people.

He’s starting to come out of his shell more every day and would likely thrive in a home with another playful, confident dog to help show him the ropes. Scooter is also discovering how fun toys can be and is currently learning to play with a ball.

With patience and gentle encouragement, Scooter is going to blossom into a loving companion. His personality is already peeking through, and it’s incredibly rewarding to watch.
