While she loves giving kisses and being around her people, LuAnne is more of an active companion than a couch snuggler. She would thrive in a home that can keep up with her energy and continue guiding her as she grows.

She’s currently working on potty training and has started using puppy pads, and with consistency, she’ll continue to improve. Like most puppies, she’ll benefit from structure, routine, and positive reinforcement.

Don’t let the puppy energy fool you—underneath LuAnne’s playful spirit is an incredibly loving, intelligent little companion just waiting for her person.

LuAnne is outgoing, affectionate, and full of personality. She loves giving kisses, learns quickly, and is highly treat motivated, which makes training both fun and rewarding. She’s already shown how smart and adaptable she is by doing wonderfully out in public on a harness and leash. At a recent meet-and-greet, she calmly sat for pets, soaked up belly rubs, and showed off her sweet, gentle side without jumping or nipping.

While she still has that fun puppy energy, LuAnne really shines when she has human attention all to herself. Because she gets easily distracted around other dogs, we think she may thrive best as an only dog where her focus and affectionate personality can fully blossom.

And at night? That energetic puppy transforms into the sweetest cuddle bug. Once the day winds down, LuAnne wants nothing more than to snuggle up close and soak in all the love she can get.

She’s still working on potty training and occasionally uses puppy pads, but she’s eager to learn and making progress every day.
