Meet Komi!

Komi is a sweet, affectionate 4-year-old beagle mix who weighs about 38 pounds. She loves cuddling with her foster mom and is happiest when she’s close to her people.

Komi kennels well, though she’ll let you know early in the morning when she’s ready to start her day. She’s very food-motivated and enjoys having chews—like marrow bones, water buffalo horns, and stuffed KONGs—to keep her busy in her kennel. (She prefers not to share her high-value goodies!)

Komi enjoys the company of other dogs and has gotten along great with her male foster siblings. She hasn’t lived with a female dog yet, so she may need proper introductions to know how she’ll do.

She also lives with cats and is very interested in them—sometimes too interested! Komi loves to chase and try to play with them nonstop, so a dog-savvy cat or a cat-free home might be the best fit.
