Meet Hera 💕

Miss Hera is truly one of the sweetest girls you will ever meet. She has a gentle, loving nature and quickly wins over everyone she meets—especially when she gives her adorable head tilt.

Hera is dog friendly, cat friendly, and wonderful with kids, making her a great fit for many types of homes. She loves playing with her husky foster sister and enjoys being part of the action, but she’s also a fairly quiet girl—only joining in when the huskies start howling.

She’s very food motivated (and known to get a little extra excited at mealtime!), so she’s currently working on learning calm manners around her bowl. Hera is eager to please and continues to make great progress.

Hera is a total Velcro dog—she loves being close to her people and will happily cuddle up any chance she gets. She’s still fine-tuning her kennel training, as she would much prefer to be snuggled up in bed with you.

Like many young dogs, Hera benefits from having toys and enrichment to keep her busy. Without them, she may find her own “projects,” so providing appropriate outlets is important for her success.

Hera is learning her manners, soaking up love, and ready to find a family who will continue to guide her while enjoying all the affection she has to give. She’s the kind of dog you need to meet to truly understand—just be prepared to fall in love. 🐾💛
