Hi I'm Gemma!

I am very playful and full of puppy energy but I came into my foster home as a stray so I'm still getting used to being around people.

I need my own space to feel comfortable so a kennel is a must for me because it's the one place I love and feel most comfortable.

I absolutely love other dogs though so I definitely need a home where another friendly dog can show me the ropes and help me feel confident. Plus they allow me to get my exercise as I love to play chase and wrestle!

I am still working on potty training outside but I am very good about going only on my potty pads when I'm inside.

I really enjoy gentle pets and ear scratches but quick movements still scare me and I would love a calm and quiet home where I can come out of my shell slowly. I also am not a fan of younger kids because they scare me but I love getting gentle pets from my older foster kid, she's actually my favorite person!

I am enjoying learning to go for walks but a fenced in yard would be helpful. I LOVE treats and am getting better everyday and my foster brothers are showing me how trust and love and not be so shy.
