Hi, my name is Donnie! I’m a big guy with a heart as big as my paws. I might be a little goofy at times, but I promise I’m smart, sweet, and always ready to be your best friend. And don’t let these grey hairs fool you, I’m still a big goofball with a bit of puppy energy left in me!

I love going on walks and getting brushed (which is definitely needed for my coat). When I’m feeling energetic, I enjoy playing with my foster brothers. They can be a bit too wild for me sometimes, so I usually end up snuggling in someone’s lap instead! I sleep with my foster mom at night and absolutely love it. I stay snuggled with her all night—she’s usually the one who has to wake me up in the morning!

I follow my foster mom around the house like her little shadow. We’re working on me not needing to be by her side every second, though! We’re also working on crate training. I’ll go in, but I don’t really like it. Right now, I know how to sit, and we’re practicing other basic commands—plus some kitchen manners!

I can’t wait to find my forever home!
