To be a part of an animal's journey to a better life; to love and provide safety to their forever home, is something truly special and what animal rescue is all about.  It's what we strive for.

Otis

Hi, I’m Otis! I’m a wild man that loves to run around outside and play. I’ve made lots of new friends. I’m settled into my foster home and sleep well in a crate all night as long as I have a blanket to snuggle with. The minute you sit on the couch, I will gladly snuggle into you and fall asleep. Even better if I can bury my face in your blanket. I love treats and am always hungry. I’ve been learning manners and how to sit.

Otis came to us scared and emaciated. After a a few days of special feeding and care, he began to act more like a dog! He looks more skinny than ill after a week of slow feeding. He has a long way to go but seems to be quite healthy!

He loves to play with his foster brother and sister.  He is extremely food motivated (wouldn't you be after being a stray and not knowing when your next meal was going to be?)! He is super smart and has a nose that can sniff out ANYTHING tasty! His favorite thing to do is climb into my lap or sleep on my face! For a puppy, he is very well mannered. He only gets put in the kennel during meals so he doesn't steal everyone else's food. He is able to stay alone in the house for a few hours with no problem and he is completely house trained! He is a great cuddle bug. He would be an amazing addition to any family! Adopt Otis!
