To be a part of an animal's journey to a better life; to love and provide safety to their forever home, is something truly special and what animal rescue is all about.  It's what we strive for.

Update: Medora has been in our home for a few weeks now. She still has a lot of energy but does settle down and loves to cuddle with you on the couch. She continues to play well with my dog and my toddler. She is interested in noises and people outside and likes to bark on them. We plan on working on the behavior while she is here.

Medora is a shy girl but once she warms up she is BUSY! Her first night here she wasn’t sure of our resident dog and didn’t want to be near him. We crate and rotated for the day and the next day she had a blast playing with him. She is great with us and my 3 year old son. She does like to stay busy with bones and destroying toys! She is amazing in her kennel and only takes a minute or two to calm. She has not had any accidents in our home.  She would love an active family!
