Hi, my name is Hawkeye, and I am looking for my forever family. I am full of body wiggles and want all the pets and tummy scratches. I love to go on walks in the morning and evening, and then I spend all day sleeping. I spend so much time sleeping during the day that my foster parents don’t even put me in the kennel when they are gone, I just sleep on the couch or by the door and wait for them to get home.

I love cheese, it’s my favorite snack! I also like to sit on the back deck and protect the yard from bunnies. I do well on a leash, although I like to go faster than my foster mom, but we are working on that. I get along well with my dog foster sister and the resident cats. The cats kind of scare me so I tend to give them their space. I was scared of the car at first, but now I have learned that if we are going in the car we end up at new fun places, so now I jump right in.

I love to go frolfing with my foster dad, and I am learning how to run beside the bike. I have only met a couple of small humans, and they seem to be alright. I let them pet me and sit like a good boy. I am just a goofy boy who loves to make my humans happy, can I be part of your family?
