+Large, strong, and beautiful boy.

+Great goofy, playful personality.

+Has not been destructive.

+Easily entertained with bones, kongs, etc.

+Loves being with people but doesn’t mind being alone.

+Good on a leash.

+Treat motivated

+Loves people (especially when they have a teat)

+Barks sometimes but is typically pretty quiet.

+Smart. Easy to Train. Patient.

+Knows SIT. DOWN. PLACE.

+Learning agility and loves it. Has been working with a trainer one on one.

+Calm in kennel or his own space for hours without making a peep.

+Loves to play fetch and easy to tire him out

+Loves to sniff everything and play hide and seek with treats.

+Loves car rides and waits nice if you have to leave him for awhile.

+If you are willing to continue his training, he is going to be an amazing dog as he grows into an adult. He has been becoming a better listener, less excitable and more calm with age.

+Foster family is confident he can learn anything if he is taught properly. His wheels are always turning trying to figure out what is expected of him.

* Has all the personality traits, intelligence and skill of a GREAT hunting dog.

*Is still a teenager so plays a little rough-not all dogs like this (But his buddy Cliff does!) So some dogs do.

*Needs slow introductions. Would do good with a playful, easygoing dog his size.

*Dog park and daycare are not for Flip Flop, although he has done ok at daycare and made it through the day a few times.

*He’s got a great start at not being overly excited to see people, but will sometimes initially jump and play bite.

*Very curious about cats and may chase, but this could be trained out of him. He will be working on that with foster family as it gets warmer.
