If you are looking for a companion then Fern is your girl. She is a sweet loving little lady. She loves snuggling, belly rubs, and chin scratches. She does well on a leash and enjoys going for walks, but would also be perfectly content just spending the day with you, following you around. She also does well in the kennel.

She currently lives in a home with 3 kids (4,8, 10 YO) and another dog. Although she prefers the husband and wife, she is warming up to the kids and allows them to pet her and feed her treats.

Fern is a nervous girl, especially when meeting new people as she likely was not socialized well prior to rescue. However, with time and patience she will come around. When she does trust you, she will bond deeply and want nothing more than to cuddle you and show you love.
