I'm learning so much at my foster home. I've been working on potty training, have gotten used to my kennel and go in with a treat. I sleep in my kennel at night and take breaks in there when I'm tired and need a break from playing hard. I love food and because so have been learning to sit and wait for my food dish to go on the floor before getting to eat. I'm also working on and learning sit, wait, leave it, and look at me. I'm learning to not jump as well. I love to chew on bones and hard plastic toys, but no stuffies for me right now because i have enjoyed eating soft things in the past (especially socks-I had to go to the vet 2 times in 1 month because of my sock obsession). I love to play/wrestle with my foster sister and sit next to her with my own bone to chew. Foster life is good but I'd really love a forever home before Christmas. I'm a smart boy and learner; consistency is key to my learning and obedience, so as long as you can give me a treat when I do something right, I'll be the best doggo and your best friend.

Hi! I'm Butterscotch! My favorite things are squeaky toys, playing outside, bones, my foster sister's ears, and of course FOOD!!!! I'm not so sure about the vacuum though-that thing can be scary. But other than that I'm your typical teenage pupper who is learning to be a good boy. Because I LOVE food so much and am such a smart boy, I've learned commands like kennel, stay, wait, sit, and look at me. I even play fetch. I'm also potty trained and will whine and sit by the door when I need to go out. I get to go to daycare a few times a week to burn off some of my energy and play really well with other doggos. At home I enjoy a good play session of tug-of-war with my foster sister and then chewing on a bone or toy until I fall asleep. Walks and car rides are also fun. If you're looking for a smart boy who loves a good adventure I'm your man! I'm ready for my forever home whenever you are ready for your forever friend.
