Belmont was named for his fancy tuxedo hair, but that is the only fancy thing about him. He is a flop-over, rub-my-belly, head-butting, chatter-box that demands constant cuddles. His favorite place to be is laying on top of you, covering you with kitty glitter and trying to make biscuits on your face.
